      Im with ya on that. Overwatch has loot boxes and a lot of other games (especially Destiny) have candy in their loot boxes.

    My family will usually buy many bags of the variety candy and eat almost all of it. The rest lays in the candy bowl until Christmas when the cycle of variety candy continues.

    When the year came that the parents said, “You are too old to go trick-or-treating” I struck em a deal.
    I’ll stay at home and man the door for trick-or-treaters, but in return, they owe me 2 bags of Reeses cups. The normal sized ones, not the dinky ones. They have agreed ever since.

    My friends and I go all out too. We hang out in the driveway, with a collapsible table, and all dress like characters from Smash brothers. As the fat one with best mustache, I opt for Mario. My (older) brother goes Luigi or Link, my sister Peach, my gay friends come over as Toad and Fox, and once a friend came over as Capt Falcon for a bit. It’s pretty grand.

    Seriously, it’s not the bags’ fault, it’s the fact that you straight-up can’t get certain candy anymore for some reason. When’s the last time you saw Shock Tarts for sale? Where’d they go? Where mah Spree at?
    The only decent bags are the Wonka ones, but they always have the boring standard Nerds, and a bunch of laffy taffys where you have to toss out the banana ones anyway.
    Now the REAL special hallyweens treat is when you get 3 or 4 different starburst varieties in a bag, or a seasonal flavor thereof.. the only problem is they’re in 2-packs, so you have to open up every single one in order to get a nice big mixed bag of starburst.

    My thoughts on Halloween is spirit of the holiday is for the work party to have a bowl out that’s M&Ms and Skittles mixed together. I just happen to like the Trick side more.
