  1. that laat panel makes glitch look mature and very adult-
    i dont like mature glitch-
i like happy silly kind glitch-

    1. yeah its odd

      1. sometimes reality hits like a bus

    2. yea but he will look so cool when he’s older!!!
imagine it-he can still be childish which will make it cool!

      1. It looks to me like he got extremely tired in just a few seconds

      2. that would honestly be pretty fun

    3. Why can’t I just play my game😥

    4. Basically i only pay for apps with a monthly subspribtion with endless stuff free to download. Like reading apps or apple arcade. Idk is that geeky?

  2. Mobile Games don’t deserve gamers like Glitch.

    1. 10/10 will mobile boycott again. :P

  3. Or you could play a good mobile game, that requires neither of those. Like ‘Slayin’, where you can unlock everything relatively fast, without ever spending money.

    1. Yeah those are good mobile games for sure but as a casual gamer myself I like most mobile games

  4. So very true…

  5. When it comes to the last panel me and Glitch are very alike

  6. There’s a huge gulf in quality between F2P and “retail” mobile games. Glitch needs to pony up some money and buy the good stuff.

  7. Mario's Right Ring Finger

Uhhh … yeah …basically all online mobile apps are that way.

Also, Glitch is growing up! … And I’m not sure what to think.

  8. This is basically the reason I don’t play Facebook games or online games in general. I’d much rather spend forty bucks once and get everything the game has to offer than spend hundreds over the course of multiple sessions just so that I have a chance at competing with other players.

  9. And then there is Star Citizen which, if you choose every possible option, will cost you a cool $15,000. https://robertsspaceindustries.com/feature-list

  10. I really don’t understand how they sucker people into shoveling money into these things. That said, I really probably should be making one of these games myself…

    1. thier target audience is people who have little to no experience with games sothat they dont know how games are suppose to be thus easier to trick them into paying

  11. Glitch’s reaction pretty much describes my disdain for mobile gaming.
Not to hate on mobile gaming… it’s just not for me.

  12. Why GaMERCaT is telling stuff about mobile Gaming? Werent Pixel the one who used to do It?

  13. Or you could just have a rooted phone and fake your google billing – giving yourself all the “money” you need to win. Hell, in some cases you can even hack your score. But when you know that much you don’t bother with stupid mobile games.

    1. I beg to disagree. I know many a programmer who spends way to much time on “stupid mobile games”, hell I’ve done it myself… >.>

  14. Mobile gaming was actually really awesome in like 2008 before in-app purchases and video ads were a thing. Back then you could buy a game for 99 cents and then just play it. No ads, no wait times, just a game. Some of them were actually really good!

    1. Ya and now look at it stuff like Candy Crush is pulling in literary millions of dollars a year and clash of clans is probably making just as much if not more.

  15. And yet, there’s no shortage of “pay some pittance, get the full game with no extra purchases involved” fantastic games too: Monument Valley, The Inner World, Devil’s Advocate, Lost Maze, the Lifeline series, The Journey Down, The Room, Agent A: A Puzzle in Disguise, Star Billions, Transistor, Nightgate, Lara Croft GO, Furdemption, Mekorama, Dream Machine, Lost Tracks..

Indeed, Mekorama adopted IAPs in a novel way: free to download, and unlimited. If you felt like sending them some money, you can make a purchase, ranging from something like $1-20. Doesn’t matter which you buy: you don’t get anything new, beyond a warm fuzzy feeling of helping make it a viable project for the dev. ^_^

Thank heavens I have a lot of the latter. And in terms of Final Fantasy Record Keeper, I huge healthy dosage of love for classic FF games. Just about anything before 13 is fun by me. Current team: Ingus (FF3, team tank), Balthier (FF12, ranged DPS), Agrias (FFT, melee DPS), Lenna (FF5, healer), and Rydia (FF4, black mage/summoner/waifu)!

    1. YEEEAAAAAHHHHHHH
      FF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  17. Al that for a gaming experience inferior to the free flash games we’ve had around for over a decade! What a deal.

That reminds me, I should check kupogames to see how the new Epic Battle Fantasy game is coming along.

      1. Still in progress. (5)
Bullet Heaven two is out though.
Also the new home is kongregate.

  18. So very very true sadly.

  19. Or just download a lot of games to play while waiting :P

  20. just discovered gamercat, it’s AMAZING !
thanks for thoses good moments !
btw, idk if you can do something about it bur your RSS seem to not work properly (it misses the last episodes)

  21. I have the endless patience bit because I have a sort of Batman philosophy for my work; it all adds up. It becomes a lot more bearable if you look at everything you do as a victory as opposed to some far off goal that may or may not be easily attainable and with such little daily progress you sort of lose hope and will to continue.

  22. Mobile gaming can surk my dick

  23. It makes me feel so good when, getting paired up with 30-40 random people on Candy Crush Saga, I get 1st on the score leaderboard on like half the levels without spending a penny.
    No, seriously. twitter.com/Jim72403/status/767889246170460160

  24. OR, if you’re skilled enough, you can just HACK IT! Unfortunately, Glitch doesn’t have that either…

  25. I do trust all the concepts you have introduced to your
post. They are really convincing and will definitely work.
Still, the posts are very quick for starters. Could you please prolong them
a bit from subsequent time? Thank you for the post.

  26. LOL. Glitch’s face. I find the expression to be relate-able.
