Now, now, be nice. Some guys (I’m referring to GaMERCaT’s owner) aren’t that original when it comes to naming their pets, so it’s excusable. As for the artist, she can call him whatever she likes. She might even change his name later. Who knows? Personally, I like it. I think we’ll hear the nickname GC more often lol. It rolls of the tongue a wee bit better.

Same opinion as Dave. :) And if u regard the combination “Gamer” and “Cat” it sounds like a good idea to call the cat after the theme of the comic: A gaming cat => Gamercat. And if really no one names their cat Gamercat then it would only add to Gamercats uniqueness :D

Then to communicate gamercat types his messages out in notepad (since we know he can use the computer for his job). Then have glitch try to type and it just ends up jibberish (or he jumps on the keyboard in the middle of gamercat’s message).
Nah, It’s like John not understanding Garfield completely. It is important to keep the distinction between “real” human world and gamercat world. You eliminate about half the jokes by merging them.
My dog tricked me once. He didn’t use the butt-in-the-face move, but he wanted to be fed. While I went to get his food, he snarled down my Burger King chicken tenders! I was furious, my sister thought it was funny. Lesson is whether it is food or games, never leave your stuff unguarded while feeding your pets.
